While we can understand that terms and policies maybe aren't the most exciting thing to read, for us it is important that you feel secure and know what applies.

These general terms (“The Terms”) apply when you use our website or our services – whether it concerns advisory services via Food Certification Group, training programs, templates, or tailored coaching.

We offer subscription services, templates, online training, and consulting within food safety, certification, and quality assurance. Services are sold directly via our website – either as one-time purchases or subscriptions.
GENERAL TERMS
All prices on the website are stated in EURO and are either inclusive of 25% VAT or exclusive of VAT (this is specified next to each product/service and varies depending on whether it concerns training or templates/materials). We reserve the right to adjust prices in case of errors due to incorrect information, typographical errors, or price changes from relevant partners.
When purchasing support/services from Food Certification Group, these are invoiced as consulting services with separately specified pricing. Please contact us directly for a quote. We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. If we do so, the changes will be published on this page. At the top of the page, we will indicate the date the terms were last revised. Your continued use of the service after this date constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
FOOD CERTIFICATION GROUP
Access to Food Certification is provided through an annual subscription. Payment can be made either annually or in three installments. The subscription runs for one (1) year at a time and is binding for the entire period. If the subscription is not cancelled at least one (1) day before it expires, it will automatically renew for another one (1) year. No refunds are provided for terminated subscriptions. The parties acknowledge that the right of withdrawal does not apply to paid subscription fees or other payments related to products and services within Food Certification Group.
Trial period – 14 days As a new subscriber, you have the right to try the service for 14 days at the price stated at purchase. During this period, you may cancel your subscription at any time and will only be charged for those 14 days. If the subscription is not cancelled within 14 days, it will automatically convert into an annual subscription and the standard terms will apply.

ACCESS TO ADVISORY SERVICES
After payment has been completed, you are entitled to contact Food Certification Group for advisory services related to your business on weekdays between 09:00–15:00.

Response times depend on our team's availability – we do not guarantee immediate responses but will reply as soon as possible within the stated hours. Please note that video calls and on-site visits are not included in the subscription.
COMPLAINTS
We hope that you enjoy working alongside us and using our services,in the event of any issues please send a complaint directly to info@foodcertificationgroup.com.
A description of the issue must be provided along with any order number, name, and contact details. If the product or service is not faulty according to applicable consumer legislation, we reserve the right to reject the complaint. Refunds Registrations/bookings for on-site training, digital training, and customized corporate training are binding. No refunds are issued. However, you have the right to use your place for a future training session or book a new date. If you are unable to attend and wish to reschedule, you must contact us before the training begins. For customized corporate training, you must contact us no later than 2 days before the scheduled training. You can reach us at info@foodcertificationgroup.com.
Food Certification Group reserves the right to cancel training sessions if there are too few participants. In such cases, a full refund will be issued or no invoice will be generated.
EMAIL COMMUNICATION
If you access Food Certification Group’s free templates, ask questions via email, or otherwise provide your email address, you agree to receive email communications from Food Certification Group. You may unsubscribe at any time.
MISCELLANEOUS
Notwithstanding any contradictions in these Terms, the user, as a participant in online training or purchaser of templates, materials, or customized training, shall maintain their contractual relationship with FOOD CERTIFICATION GROUP in such a way that no action or omission results in FOOD CERTIFICATION GROUP becoming liable to a third party.
USER OBLIGATIONS & USE OF THE PLATFORM
The user is responsible for complying with the applicable terms of Food Certification Group at all times. The user shall make payments in accordance with the agreed terms.
When using Food Certification Group’s platform and services, the user guarantees not to act in a way that:
(i) violates or infringes another person’s rights to publicity, privacy, copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
(ii) is fraudulent, criminal, or unlawful.
(iii) may be obscene, inappropriate, pornographic, vulgar, offensive, racist, sexist, discriminatory, insulting, harmful, harassing, intimidating, distressing, malicious, or threatening.
(iv) impersonates another person or misrepresents a relationship with another person.
(v) involves the use, distribution, or transmission of viruses or similar elements intended to damage, disrupt, interfere with, or take control of systems, data, or personal information.
When using the platform, the user also agrees not to, without prior written consent from FOOD CERTIFICATION GROUP:
(i) use trademarks, logos, design, photographs, instructional videos, or other materials used on the platform.
(ii) copy, archive, download, upload, distribute, transmit, perform, display, make available, or otherwise use any part of the services or platform content beyond what is stated in these Terms.
(iii) use the platform, its tools, or its content for any commercial purpose without written consent from FOOD CERTIFICATION GROUP.
PLATFORM AVAILABILITY, SECURITY AND ACCURACY
Although Food Certification Group strives to keep the platform continuously available, it cannot be held responsible if the platform is unavailable for any reason. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Maintenance and repairs may occasionally affect availability and functionality. If you have purchased training or materials that have been delivered, these are not affected by such interruptions. However, for training available on the platform, temporary disruptions may occur. Access to the platform may be suspended at any time, temporarily or permanently, without notice. Food Certification Group may also impose restrictions without prior notice if a breach of agreement is identified. Food Certification Group is not responsible for content delivered by independent third parties providing training via the platform.
ADDITIONS AND CHANGES
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. You agree to review these Terms regularly. We will attempt to notify you of changes via the platform or email.
FORCE MAJEURE
A party is exempt from liability for failure to fulfill obligations under this agreement if such failure is due to circumstances beyond their control, such as strikes, lockouts, government actions, or similar events.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Food Certification Group is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of this website or for damages caused by viruses or similar issues resulting from downloading materials, data, text, images, audio, or video from the website.
DISPUTES
Disputes arising from this agreement shall be settled in accordance with Swedish law at the Varberg District Court.
